Refund Policy
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you purchased. All refunds and cancellations will invoke immediate loss of access to indicators. After the return period has passed payments can not be refunded for any reason. When deciding to return an item you will receive 70-percent of the initial payment amount back. Each refund request will include a 30-percent Admin and Restocking Fee that can not be refunded. We have the right to retract access to our indicators if we have not received a payment from the customer.
Access to Indicators
Due to the rising demand of the Rocket Million Dollar System we will try our best to get access out to customers within a 24 hour window, but in some cases there could be a delay due to a multitude of factors that may be outside of our control.
You acknowledge that we can not guarantee that every customer will receive access to our indicators within that 24 hour window. Will do our best to communicate with you if a delay happens to come up.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
Payment, Taxes, and Fees
If you purchase the rocket system, you agree to pay any fees and taxes associated with the access of Indicators. This includes sales tax or admin fee that the Company believes they are required to collect in good faith. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you authorize the Rocket System LLC to bill you at the price listed and any charges that occur.
Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
